Thank you for choosing StorySphere to turn your memories into something truly special. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do our best to fix it.

Returns & Refunds

    • Refund window: You can request a refund within 24 hours of purchasing your StorySphere Memory Sphere. Please submit refund requests at memoryspherehelp@proton.me
    •  Return window: We offer a 30 Day Guarantee on all eligible items.

    • Eligibility:
      • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
      • The product must not be intentionally damaged, altered, or misused.
    • Non-refundable items:
      • Gift cards
      • Items marked as final sale
      • Any product returned in severely damaged condition not caused by shipping

    Damaged or Defective Items

    If your Memory Sphere arrives damaged or not working properly:
    1. Contact us at memoryspherehelp@proton.me within 30 days of delivery.
    2. Include your order number and clear photos or a short video of the issue.
    We’ll review your case and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.
  • Change of Mind

    Because StorySphere is a sentimental gift product and stock is limited, change-of-mind refunds are handled case by case.
    We may offer store credit or a partial refund depending on the condition of the returned item and the situation.

    How to Request a Refund

    Email us at memoryspherehelp@proton.me with:
    • Full name
    • Order number
    • Date of purchase
    • Reason for your request
    We’ll respond within 1-2 business days.

    Approved Refunds

    • Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
    • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
