How StorySphere Works

Step 1. Gather Your Memories

1. On your computer, create a new folder.
2. Add all the photos and videos you want to use with your StorySphere into that folder.
   • We recommend choosing your favorite, most meaningful moments instead of everything from your camera roll.

Step 2. Connect Your StorySphere

1. Make sure your orb is turned off.
2. Plug the included USB‑C cable into your StorySphere.
3. Plug the other end into your computer.
4. Turn on the orb.
5. After a moment, your computer should detect a new drive (often named something like “NO NAME”).

Step 3. Open the Drive on Your Computer

1. On your computer, open File Explorer (Windows) or Finder (Mac).
2. Look for the new external drive (e.g. “NO NAME”).
3. Open that drive.
4. You’ll see one or more folders where your files go (for example, a folder for videos and/or photos).
   • If you’re not sure, just follow the folder names shown on your device.

Step 4. Copy Your Photos & Videos

1. Go back to the folder on your computer where you saved your memories.
2. Select the photos and videos you want to use.
3. Drag and drop (or copy and paste) them into the appropriate folder(s) on the StorySphere drive.
4. Wait until the copying finishes completely.

Step 5. Safely Eject & Unplug

1. When the transfer is done, safely eject the drive:
   • On Windows: use “Safely Remove Hardware” or right‑click the drive and choose Eject.
   • On Mac: drag the drive to the trash/eject icon or click the eject symbol next to it.
2. Once the drive disappears from your computer, unplug the USB‑C cable from your orb and your computer.

Step 6. Enjoy Your StorySphere

1. Turn on your orb.
2. Use the controls on the device to browse and play your photos and videos.
3. Sit back and relive your favorite memories.
